Chef Anya Thongchai

Chef & Owner

Born and raised in Chiang Mai, Chef Anya grew up learning traditional Thai cooking from her grandmother. After training at Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok and working in top restaurants across Thailand and California, she brought her passion for authentic Thai flavors to San Jose.

The Restaurant

Siam Garden was founded in 2024 with a simple mission: to serve the most authentic Thai food in the Bay Area. We source our herbs and produce from local farms, import our spices directly from Thailand, and cook every dish to order. Our space blends traditional Thai art with modern California design, creating a warm atmosphere where every guest feels at home.
